Tami Aftab Commissioned for Photo Series for 40 Years of London Fashion Week Celebrating South Asian Textiles

The British Fashion Council has commissioned photographer Tami Aftab to create a photo series on the influence of South Asian textiles on British fashion for the 40th anniversary of London Fashion Week.

The project will be exhibited at London’s Institute of Contemporary Arts alongside work from artists Dani d’Ingeo and Stephen Akinyemi.
