Rory Langdon-Down

Rory Langdon-Down is an award-winning and published photographer and filmmaker based in London. His work focuses on beautifully shot, human-led storytelling. He is a strong believer in the quote “a photograph is not made in the camera, it is made either side of it” and prides himself on his ability to connect meaningfully with any and everybody.

Rory is at home both shooting commercial photography and editorial stories or applying his own approach to other types of photography. He is a winner of Portrait of Britain, Portrait of Humanity and has been shortlisted for both the Royal Photographic Society’s International Photography Exhibition and the Taylor Wessing Prize at the National Portrait Gallery.
