Megan Courtis

Megan Courtis is a British-born, Berlin-based filmmaker, photographer, and artistic director. She is defined by her sensitive and intuitive approach to the environments and subjects she approaches, drawing on her background in fine art and theatre to create decidedly intimate and human work. 

Her photography and films have been exhibited in international magazines, such as Dazed, NOWNESS, Vogue Italia, and Fader, and books, as well as shown in exhibitions and on billboards across New York City and Europe. From 2016-19, Courtis worked at the Berlin-based magazine and production house Freunde von Freunden (FvF), conceptualising and directing moving image campaigns for agencies and brands within the fashion, design, art, luxury, and car industries. Key clients included BMW, Dynaudio, and &tradition. Since then, she has been working at ColorsxStudios as their video and artistic director.
