Hanifah Mohammad

Hanifah Mohammad is a Pakistani-Muslim photographer based in London. Her work spans portraiture, fashion, and music. She’s drawn to rich colour palettes and distinctive casting, and strikes a balance between vivid and dreamlike imagery. Taking inspiration from cinema, specifically coming of age films, her work references a level of romanticism and familiarity which she feeds into her work and the subjects she is capturing using light, colour, and the environmental impact of her surroundings.   

Her clients include Sony Music, Lazy Oaf, Refinery 29, Spotify, Gay Times, Wonderland, Hunger magazine. She has also worked with people such as Raye, Joy Crookes, Nicola Coughlan, and Matilda Mann.
