Andrew Kung

Andrew Kung is a photographer living and working in New York. He is a graduate of UC Berkeley’s business school and initially worked in Silicon Valley before creating his first body of work; in 2017, Mississippi Delta Chinese was first published by The New York Times.

His second body of work, The All-American (2018-2022), was featured on Dazed, i-D, Artsy, AnOther, Paper Magazine, NOWNESS, CNN, and NBC; the work received awards from PhotoVogue (100 Next Great Fashion Image Makers), LensCulture (Summer Open Winner), Photolucida (Critical Mass Winner), and Maine Media (Arnold Newman Prize Finalist), resulting in group exhibitions across London, Massachusetts, and Seattle. Dreaming on the Hudson (2022-present) is Andrew’s ongoing project.
